Inspired by the success of Moroso Italian Restaurant, Dan Moroso set out to bring a true Italian coffee experience to Waco. His vision? With the support of his wife, Robyn, and the expertise of illy’s top coffee specialists, Azzurro Coffee was created. The name “Azzurro,” meaning sky blue in Italian, captures the essence of Italy’s natural beauty and vibrant energy. It’s a reflection of our mission—to bring the best of nature, embodied in carefully selected coffee beans, and transform it into a crafted coffee experience that delights the senses.
